class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>La phase d\u2019alarme<\/strong>\u00a0: Selon l\u2019\u00e9valuation qui est faite par l\u2019individu du risque de destabilisation introduit par le contexte stresseur, l\u2019alarme est plus ou moins prononc\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Faible potentiel de d\u00e9stabilisation :\u00a0<\/strong>augmentation de la vigilance, augmentation de la concentration, et des facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9morisation.<\/p><p><strong>Fort potentiel de d\u00e9stabilisation(choc) :<\/strong>\u00a0l\u2019organisme se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 l\u2019action (activation du circuit hypothalamo-hypophyso-cortico-surr\u00e9nalien), entrainant une abondance de signes physiques, tels que l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme cardiaque et respiratoire, l\u2019augmentation de la tension arterielle, la transpiration, la mobilisation ou contraction musculaire.<span syst\u00e8me neuroendocrinien\u2026il accepte de fonctionner en surr\u00e9gime avec bien s\u00fbr des risques : hypertension art\u00e9rielle, ulc\u00e8res, asthme, infections.
